After a preliminary contract and paid 25% in advance, we will finish the house according to the approved projects within 60 days.

The house is on a unique place just below the forest on the hill, and the air is very clean and on the same time is in the village, 1 minute away from its main square. The house is perfect for ambassadors or other VIP man with a big family. It is as well nice for kindergarten, but then we need to change the project completely.

If a buyer wants to buy it in its current condition, we will undergo a great price correction, but then he must get it finished.
